This season’s glittering line up of soloists includes pianists Jonathan Biss, Nikolai Lugansky, Jeremy Denk, Zee-Zee; mezzo-soprano Christianne Stotjin; violinists Tamsin Waley-Cohen, Simone Lamsma, Maria Loudenitch, Immo Yang and cellists Nicolas Alstaedt, Victor Julien-Laferrière, Jiapeng Nie, Abel Selaocoe and Alisa Weilerstein. And not least, there’s Julian Bliss (clarinet), Jess Gillam (saxophone) and Ben Goldscheider (French horn).

CARDIFF CLASSICAL SERIES EXTRAS PRE-CONCERT TALK (FREE) | Lefel 1
One hour before each of our concerts we have a 30-minute insight into the music and the context to the performance. These popular events are accessible and informative and a great way to get more from your concert experience. For information about each talk, please refer to the concert details on our website.
The talks are free to attend, but spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
