International harp soloists will join the specially created WHC Chamber Orchestra conducted by Sylvain Blassel for an evening of music by living composers.
Features Double Concerto performances from Mercedes Gomez & Lucrecia Jancsa and Catriona Mckay & Chris Stout, and Solo Concerto performances from Emily Mitchell, Liucile Vilimaite, Gabriella Dall’Olio and Anne-Sophie Bertrand.
World Harp Congress makes its first ever visit to Wales in July 2022 and Cardiff will welcome delegates from around the globe for a celebration of the harp including a series of large scale public concerts curated by Catrin Finch. Made possible by Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and Welsh Government.
