2021/22 Season

We’re back! Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra welcomes you to its new season, leading to a very special event in June 2022.

The return of A Night at the Movies on Friday 10 December 2021 (including Welsh Premieres of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and the much loved fantasy adventure Jason and the Argonauts) is followed by Tchaikovsky Night on Friday 18 March 2022 (including the 1812 Overture).

The 2021/22 season culminates with CPO’s 40th Anniversary Concert on Saturday 18 June 2022 with soloist Martin James Bartlett in Gershwin’s Piano Concerto, and the greatest of Russian romantic symphonies, Rachmaninov’s Symphony No 2).

Book all three concerts before Friday 10 December 2021 at 6pm and receive a 25% discount on your season tickets.

But before then please join us for our Opera Spectacular on Friday 15 October 2021, rescheduled from March 2020 and featuring highlights from some of the greatest operas every written including CarmenAidaSamson and DelilahTurandot and more.”
