 J. S. Bach  St Matthew Passion

The Passion is one of the greatest dramas ever depicted, and here, in possibly the most profound and epic of all Passion settings, Bach explores and tells the story in a way that only the genius of Bach truly can.

Tonight’s performance brings together the massed forces of the BBC National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales, renowned Baroque conductor Harry Bicket, and six young soloists in one of music’s greatest portrayals of the final days of Christ.
