Manager's statement about show cancellations and postponements

Hi everyone, 

I hope you are well and staying safe. 

Thank you for your patience at this difficult time. Due to the ongoing public health situation with the coronavirus, we are adhering to government guidelines about social distancing and therefore the venue remains closed until further notice. 

This has meant several cancellations, but wherever possible we have endeavoured to do everything possible to reschedule shows so that you can enjoy the diverse entertainment that you have booked tickets for. 

Please keep an eye on our website and social media accounts for the latest updates on shows including rearranged dates, and we will also be sending you emails with regards to your bookings. 

If your show has been cancelled, you will receive a refund to the credit or debit card you booked with. If you paid with cash or gift vouchers, please keep hold of your tickets and return them in person to our Box Office, but only when it is safe to do when this period of lockdown is complete. However, if your show has been rescheduled, please keep hold of your tickets as they will still be valid for the new date. 

In the meantime if you have any queries, please call our temporary Box Office number (please note, we are unable to respond to voicemail and texts on this temporary mobile number) on 073 9179 1934Please bear with us as the line will be busy, and cannot accept text messages and voicemail.
