Acclaimed violinist Sara Trickey joins forces with the supremely talented pianist Robin Green for a powerful programme of Brahms, Beethoven, Schumann and Kreisler.

This captivating concert begins with Brahms’ Scherzo in C minor followed by sonatas from Beethoven and Schumann before Kreisler’s Schon Rosmarin provides a beautiful finale.

Sara Trickey enjoys an exciting and diverse career as a solo violinist and chamber musician. She has performed most of the repertoire for violin with orchestras such as the City of London Sinfonia and the Orchestra of St John’s and has graced the stage at many UK festivals including the Presteigne, Alwyn, Oxford May Music, York and Wye Valley Chamber. She is also a founder member of the Odysseus Piano Trio and the Joachim String Trio, and is currently a member of the mixed ensemble Sound Collective.

Likewise, Robin Green enjoys a busy career as a soloist, chamber musician and conductor. He has performed recitals in many of the world’s most important concert venues including the Wigmore Hall and the Vienna Musikverein, whilst he also has had artist residencies at the Vale of Glamorgan Festival and at St John's Smith Square, London. As a concerto soloist, Robin has performed with the European Union Youth Orchestra, Sinfonia Cymru, Camerata Nordica, Orchestra Vitae and Melos Sinfonia. From 2008 to 2016, Robin was part of the award-winning Francoise-Green Piano Duo.
