Jose Zalba Smith, Flute 

Jan Willem Nelleke, Piano 
This concert has a Pay What You Will Price Tag

Flautist Jose Zalba Smith explores the contemporary flute repertoire and showcases the instrument’s incredible versatility. His programme includes the intricate rhythms and textures of Steve Reich, Ian Clarke’s The Great Train Race along with works by his Dutch accompanist Jan Willem Nelleke
and Smith’s Cuban father, Javier Zalba.
In association with the Vale of Glamorgan Festival.

The Cathedral Choir begins our festive season with a beautiful selection of traditional carols
and music for Christmas   Early booking advised.

This popular family friendly concert returns to the Hall for another lunchtime filled with
traditional carols and festive favourites.

The identical twin pianists, winners of Gramophone Critic's Choice and Classic FM Critic's Choice, have delighted audiences around the world with their musicianship and virtuosity. 

Tuesday 30 January — 1pm
Daniel Moult, Organ
This concert has a Pay What You Will Price Tag.

Enjoy an hour long of classical organ music by Daniel Moult, an acclaimed concert organist and organ tutor. He will be performing works by J S Bach, Mozart and other composers.

Sinfonia Cymru
This concert has a Pay What You Will Price Tag.

Join an ensemble from award winning chamber orchestra Sinfonia Cymru for an afternoon
of music by Mozart, Britten and Bach.

£6 in advance|£7 on the day (concessions available)

Orchestradventure! has been specially devised to capture the imagination of young audiences through the power of a live symphony orchestra.

Concessions apply to Friends of St David’s Hall, under 16s, students, over 60s and disabled eople (plus one companion). No booking fee or transaction charge.

The ‘Pay What You Will’ concert tickets will be available for collection
from the Box Office on the day.

All performances start at 1pm and last for approximately one hour.
