St
Davids Hall has a range of services to
assist disabled customers. These include reduced
price tickets for wheelchair users and occasionally
for other disabled customers. Our services are
described more fully below, but if you have any
special requirements please mention it to the
Box Office staff when you are booking, or contact
the Duty House Manager on arrival and we will
be happy to help.
Facilities
for wheelchair users include a ramp into the
foyer (see Level 0 of our Virtual
tour for photographs), a lift with low-level
buttons, level floors and toilet facilities.
Wheelchair users plus one companion can book
reserved spaces at the rear of the stalls at
the lowest price. Patrons with walking difficulties
may find that seats in the stalls are most suitable
for easy access.
An
infra red system is now available throughout the auditorium,
(except for Tier 5). The system can be used with or without
a hearing aid. Please let the Box Office know when booking
your tickets that you will need to use the system. An
information leaflet for use will be given to you at the
event. You can also book tickets by MINICOM textphone
at the New Theatre Box Office on 029 2087 8881. |
