Welsh Proms Cardiff 18-25 July 2015

Welcome to the 2015 Welsh Proms 30th Anniversary Year

Welsh Proms 2015 will celebrate its 30th anniversary year in style! Taking place from 18 to 25 July, the 2015 Proms will include performances from the world renowned Philharmonia Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, The Cory Band & Massed Male Choir, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the inestimable, incomparable Last Night of the Welsh Proms.

Full programme and ticket information will be available here from Early March.

Welsh Proms Volunteer SchemeContinuing with the theme of youth engagement, the Welsh Proms Volunteers will be running Lefel 1 alongside the professionals.

Now in its fifth year, the Welsh Proms Volunteer Scheme gives 16-25 year olds the opportunity to learn about arts and events management through working in all departments of the Hall during the festival. Guided by experienced professionals, the Proms Volunteers will be welcoming the audience, working with the performers and managing the filming and photographing of performances.

If you would like further information about the volunteer scheme, please email artsactive@cardiff.gov.uk
