Box Office Opening Hours

 

Box office opening hours are Mon to Saturday 10am until 15 minutes after the start of the performance.

10am - 5pm when there is no performance

Sunday and Bank Holidays 1 hour prior to the performance (personal callers only).

Telephone lines will close 30 mins prior to performance time and when there is no performance 15 mins prior to closing time.

 

Tickets can be booked on 029 2087 8444. .Your call will be answered in strict rotation as soon as staff are available.

Payments can be made by credit or debit card (fees may apply ).We accept Mastercard Visa and Delta

Reservations will be held for 3 working days pending payment, however this facility is not available within 48 hours of the performance .

An administration fee of £1.00 applies for duplicate tickets.

You can now book online and select your own seat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our secure online box office.

Please Note* TICKETS MUST BE COLLECTED AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PERFORMANCE

Simply find the show you would like to see in the What's On list, click on the Book Online button and follow the steps.  An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm we have received and confirmed your ticket request.

St David's Hall online booking service carries a small additional transaction charge of £1.75 per transaction (not per ticket).  This is to cover the cost of a secure online banking service.

Ticket Service Charge
For most shows* on sale after 20 February 2014 there will be a Ticket Service Charge (TSC) of £2.95 per transaction where applicable. This will replace the current booking and transaction fees.

 

 

For a faster, more efficient service - don't forget to use your unique reference number!  You can find this on your last St David's Hall or New Theatre ticket on the bottom right side.
