How to Book

Opening hours

Box office opening hours are Mon to Saturday 9.30am until 1/2 hour after the start of the performance (5.30pm if there is no performance).
Sunday and Bank Holidays 1 hour prior to the performance (personal callers only).
Times are subject to change during August.

By telephone

You can book by telephoning on 029 2087 8444.

Your call will be connected in strict rotation as soon as staff are free at either St David's Hall or the New Theatre. You can pay instantly by credit card or reserve your tickets and arrange to pay within 3 days. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch.

Online

You can now book online and select your own seat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our secure online box office.

Please Note* TICKETS MUST BE COLLECTED AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PERFORMANCE

Simply find the show you would like to see in the What's On list, click on the Book Online button and follow the steps.  An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm we have received and confirmed your ticket request.

St David's Hall online booking service carries a small additional booking charge of £1.50 per transaction (not per ticket).  This is to cover the cost of a secure online banking service.

For a faster, more efficient service - don't forget to use your unique reference number!  You can find this on your last St David's Hall or New Theatre ticket on the bottom right side.

Wheelchair Users

Wheelchair positions are subject to availability and are therefore unavailable online. Please telephone our Box Office where a member of the team will be happy to assist with your booking.
