EVENTS 2012
We have purchased tickets for our annual trip to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford, this year. The play is JULIUS CAESAR and we have booked for the matinee performance at 1.15pm on SATURDAY, 16TH JUNE 2012. Unfortunately the price for this trip has increased as we have tried to obtain better seats so that everyone will have an unrestricted view and also the hire of the coach has gone up. This means that the price for Friends will be £54pp and for non-Friends £56.50. If you wish to join us on this occasion, please complete the booking form below and forward to Glenys Harries. Tickets will be issued on a "first come - first served basis".
We are in the early stages of arranging a programme for further events in 2012 and provisional information is as follows:-
Sunday, 29th April, a trip to Painswick Rococo Gardens and the National Arboretum at Westonbirt and then to Bristol for a qualified guided tour of the sights of Bristol with our coach and, to complete the day, a leisurely cruise around the historic harbour including an afternoon cream tea before returning to Cardiff.
Sunday, 9th September, a trip to Windsor and Kew Gardens.
Further details of both these events will be notified to you as soon as possible.
